Rafael Medina is a Brazilian photographer based in Berlin.
He earned a BA in Philosophy at UERJ and studied Visual Arts at Eav-Parque Lage in Rio de Janeiro.
His work is focused on documenting nightlife and portraying LGBTQ people focusing on sexuality and body positivity.
Medina has participated in several group exhibitions, such as "DISCOnstruction", about the Berlin Club Scene in February 2020 and had his first solo ‘’Skin Deep’’ at the Village In 2017 both in Berlin.
He is part of the upcoming group exhibition "Intimacy: Queer Art from Berlin and Beyond" at Schwules Museum.
